WOWWWW!! It’s only been a few days and I’m crazy in love with the sweet people, fellowship, adventures, food and of course this beautiful island! God is so so good you guys and my heart and energy are insane. Waking up at 5:00am is nothing because I am so pumped to be with these amazing people. My expectations are being taken to a new level. WOWWW. Literally my mouth drops every minute.
I’ve learned so much already and I don’t want it to stop. God is so evident and seeing what the global church is doing hands on is amazing. The people in my team are so intentional and driven. Boldness is their second language and there is no time to lose. Seeing right in front of my eyes people laying hands on others and praying and the spirit just flowing through them is breathtaking.
Another favorite thing of mine is listening to others’ life journeys. Passions are kindled, dreams set free, fear crushed and Christ overflowing! Hearing people's struggles and strength has been such a blessing. We are never alone in the body of Christ when he is the center of our conversations. He's the root of our worship and love that it’s so genuine to share the goodness he has given to us. I just sit and listen and marvel at his masterpiece in these new sweet friends of mine. I'm blown away!! Constant conversations about what God's plan for us right now in this season of life has been so encouraging and uplifting.
Just adventuring the different parts of the island has been amazing! Hiking and camping at Palula Valley to going to the supermarket and getting fresh fruit. Life is so simple here and need more of that in my life. I even got a little sunburnt for the first time ever but life is just so grand. There are so many new things that I experience, such as the season, a new level of boldness, a mindset without fear, and most importantly leaning on Christ for everything. I’ve met so many people and all of them have touched my heart so deeply that I wish I could stay for another six years and hear their life story. I love fresh faces and new experiences. AWHHH, how good is the Lord. I can’t wait to see what's around the corner while I’m in Hawaii!!
